Payment & Cancellation

  • Individual Therapy

    $125 per 50-minute session. $160 per 90-minute session.

  • Couples Therapy

    $150 per 60-minute session. $180 per 90-minute session.

  • Group Therapy

    $100 assessment and $70 per 1.5 hour session.

I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation for us to determine if we are a good fit for your therapeutic needs. Credit Cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted for payment.

I am paneled with the following insurance companies: Aetna, BCBS (Anthem), UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Tricare (Out-Of-Network). *I will be reducing my intake of clients using insurance (please see insurance v. private pay tab for benefits of this), but can advise you on taking advantage of any out-of-network benefits you may have through your insurance carrier.

My cancellation policy requires 48 hours advance notice. Appointments canceled with less notice will incur the full session fee.

Confidentiality

The law protects the relationship between a patient/client and a psychotherapist, and information can almost never be disclosed without written permission.

In certain circumstances, the law requires a therapist to break confidentiality to protect the safety of the client and others. These include suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse; potential homicide or serious harm to others; or risk of suicide or other self-harm.
